Talent Transformation Day started in October 2020. It was created by the Talent Transformation Guild, a nonprofit group focused on helping people grow with change.
They saw how fast jobs were shifting and wanted to help everyone stay ready. The group launched the day to encourage learning, flexibility, and personal development in a world shaped by technology.
The Guild supports individuals and organizations by offering tools, advice, and guidance. Their main goal is to help people understand themselves better and use that knowledge to adapt.
