Verdur Rock is Belgium's oldest Walloon festival, held at the Théâtre de Verdure on the Esplanade site at Namur Citadelle. The festival takes place during the last weekend of June. It is one of the rare free festivals still existing that resists commercialism by offering an ambitious and accessible cultural programme.
