Sjarabang is an inclusive arts festival where people with and without disabilities experience art together, attend guided workshops, and simply be themselves with no barriers or labels, only wonder and creativity. Annually, around 1,200 "Kunstproevers" from all corners take over Mechelen's Culture Centre, Academy, and Conservatory for three days featuring twenty-plus workshops, theater, exhibitions, and musical performances.
