The Septemberkermis Grembergen is a traditional multi-day fair held annually in the Grembergen neighbourhood of Dendermonde in East Flanders, Belgium. Occurring around the second Sunday of September, the event combines carnival fairground attractions with local cultural traditions, notably featuring a historic Giant Procession (Reuzenstoet) with 25+ decorated giants and parade performances, culminating in a wagenspektakel (satirical wagon show) on Kermis Tuesday where local groups humorously reenact recent events.
- Reuzenstoet (Giant Parade): 25+ oversized figures inspired by local personalities, departing Friday evening from Café Den Hof through the village to Feestzaal de Grind, with festive water spray and dance performances
- Kermis Tuesday (Dinsdagfeest): A satirical wagon procession featuring witty, comedic skits re-enacting local and regional news from the past year
- Traditional fireworks finale: Spetterend vuurwerk concludes the main parade evening
- Fairground attractions and stalls: Standard kermis rides, games, food stands throughout the 5-day event
- Family-friendly festivities including a candy-toss (Snoepjesworp) activity on Sunday 13 September 10–17
