The Scheldeprijs is the oldest still-existing cycling event in Flanders, first held in 1907 . Held on the Wednesday between the Tour of Flanders and Paris–Roubaix , this 1.Pro UCI ProSeries race features elite professional cyclists competing in a sprint-focused event. Since 2021, a women's edition is held on the same day as the men's race . The race features mostly sprinters as it is held on all-flat roads over roughly 200 kilometres .
