Rock Werchter is a large music festival held annually in Werchter, a small village near Leuven in Belgium. Taking place from Thursday 2 July to Sunday 5 July, the festival offers a fantastic mix from up-and-coming artists to established performers, and spans rock to singer-songwriter across all genres. The event hosts nearly 90,000 attendees daily and nearly 150,000 overall music lovers over the entire weekend. Thursday 2 July features Elvis Costello & The Imposters, The War on Drugs, The Prodigy and Mumford & Sons Friday 3 July headlined by The xx with Charlotte de Witte, Lewis Capaldi, Franz Ferdinand, Agnes Obel and Teddy Swims also performing Saturday 4 July features American duo Twenty One Pilots and virtual band Gorillaz on the Main Stage Sunday 5 July headlined by Moby and The Cure, with David Byrne, Paul Kalkbrenner and Rise Against also performing Multiple main stage, two tent stages, and one dance arena with Belgian beer and food offerings Doors open at 12 pm (noon) every day with full schedule published across multiple stages
