The Reuzenstoet of Borgerhout is an annual celebration where the Reuskens (four iconic giant figures: Reus, Reuzin, Kinnebaba and Dolfijn) celebrate their birthday, a tradition dating back to 1712. The parade features a joyful procession through Borgerhout's streets and squares, accompanied by restored heritage floats and numerous new giants created by local associations, schools and organizations. More than 1,000 giant builders, fans and volunteers participate to bring the giants to life.
