Programme

The Open Kerkendagen take place annually during the first weekend of June and form the opening of Belgium and Luxembourg's tourist season, offering religious buildings of different faiths the opportunity to open their doors wide. The 2026 theme is 'Hemelse Humor: hidden humor in religious heritage'. Guided visits, concerts, exhibitions, and roundtable discussions allow passionate organisers to present their religious heritage.
