OdeGand takes place on Saturday 12 September 2026 in the city centre of Ghent. OdeGand is a celebration of music on and along Ghent's canals and in the historical city centre. Visitors can choose their own musical journey with OdeGand En Route, join the Karavaan by Thomas Verstraeten and Opera Ballet Vlaanderen, sing along with Het Gevellied, take their place among the musicians of Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen during the Symphonic Mob, and finish at the Wintercircus with Ways of [ ], where percussionists interact with self-playing percussion robots. De Karavaan: two Ghent facades (one from the historic centre, one from Brugse Poort) are precisely reconstructed and paraded festively through the city OdeGand En Route offers 10 different curated routes with 3 concerts per route (45 minutes each) at 14:00, 15:45, and 17:30 Symphonic Mob: hundreds of amateur musicians of all ages perform alongside Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen under conductor Martijn Dendievel at the Stadshal Ways of [ ]: HIIIT Percussions and Percussions de Strasbourg interact with self-playing percussion robots at Wintercircus Symphonic Mob is free; rehearsal 14:45–15:45, concert 16:30–17:15 at Poeljemarkt under the Stadshal Free musical spectacle at the City Pavilion and Sint-Baafsplein in the afternoon
