The NAMURAID is a triathlon-type sporting competition (running – kayaking – mountain biking) which is experienced in teams of two. Renowned for its good atmosphere, team spirit and lively village, it brings together each year many company participants and amateurs seeking a friendly and accessible challenge. This edition took place on the magnificent site of the Citadel of Namur.

Staggered team departures every 5 minutes in waves of 30 teams from Esplanade de la Citadelle.

Race Segment 1: Trail Run (4.2 km)
Part 4
Starting from the Citadel Esplanade, descending the hillsides toward the Sambre and reaching La Confluence, then following the Meuse right bank to the boating ramp at the old Engineering Barracks in Jambes—a downhill course of ~4 km.

Race Segment 2: Kayak (3 km)
Part 6
3 km cruise on the Meuse with scenic views of Meuse villas, Île Va-t'y-Frote, and the Citadel

Race Segment 3: Trail Run (3.5 km)

Exit the kayak at the Plante lock, then ascend toward the summit of the Citadel (El Citadel)—3.5 km of climbing to reach the Esplanade.

25 km final stage of two-wheel riding mixing forest paths and small country roads, with two feeding stations along the course.

- The 2026 edition (19th) brought together nearly 800 duo teams (~1,800 participants) on Sunday, June 7.
- The course combined 4.2 km trail run, 1,400 m kayak, 3.5 km trail climb back to the Citadel, finishing with 25 km mountain bike.
- Staggered starts every 5 minutes between 9:00 and 12:00 in waves of 30 teams, with live tracking available throughout.
