Organized every second Tuesday of September, the Marché Annuel has been the essential event in the municipality for 200 years. This annual event draws crowds of Anderlechtois residents each year with its animal contests, around 500 stalls, flea market, fair, craft market, concerts and street arts festival. The market celebrates diversity, reflecting the Anderlecht population, and runs from 10 a.m. onwards.
