Liège-Bastogne-Liège, known as "La Doyenne" (The Old Lady), is the oldest cycling Classic, first held in 1892. The 112th edition took place on April 26, 2026, as a one-day road race and UCI World Tour Monument. It covers the iconic Ardennes region route from Liège south to Bastogne and back via a punishing return featuring 11 classified climbs and 4,400m+ of climbing—roughly equivalent to a mountain stage of the Tour de France.
