Programme

Les Épicuriales run from 21–25 May 2026 at Parc de la Boverie in Liège, featuring 20 tents with 35 guest chefs, 18 local restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs, and the Plaza & Chef's Tent. The event is Europe's largest open-air restaurant. Visitors compose their own menu by traveling tent-to-tent among emblematic regional restaurateurs, discovering refined starters, signature dishes, and creative desserts that showcase local terroir in a convivial, elegant atmosphere. Maxime Zimmer (Liégeois of the Year) proposes multiple signature dishes in a dedicated tent Guest chefs include Michelin-starred Julien Malaisse from Namur and Parisian bistronomy master David Rathgeber Return of the Épicuriales Plaza under a 700 m² marquee at the entrance Nine Gault&Millau-rated chefs each offer a signature dish for €16 in Plaza food-court format Chef's Tent with 70-seat reservation service at lunch (4-hand meals) and dinner (6-hand meals) each day Over 20,000 visitors expected during this Whitsunday long weekend
