Les Épicuriales run from 21–25 May 2026 at Parc de la Boverie in Liège, featuring 20 tents with 35 guest chefs, 18 local restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs, and the Plaza & Chef's Tent. The event is Europe's largest open-air restaurant. Visitors compose their own menu by traveling tent-to-tent among emblematic regional restaurateurs, discovering refined starters, signature dishes, and creative desserts that showcase local terroir in a convivial, elegant atmosphere.
