Les Hubertoises (formerly Journées de la Chasse et de la Nature) is a tradition over 40 years old retelling the history of Saint-Hubert through historical sketches and reenactments . During the full weekend, numerous animations help visitors discover the history and legend of Saint Hubert, patron of hunters and protector of nature, including his conversion, the founding of the abbey and pilgrimages .
