The Jaarmarkt is a Grimbergen highlight full of amusement and animation. Visitors can walk along horses, cows, donkeys and rabbits – and discover poultry, sheep and goats. The event occurs on the first Saturday of September, and includes a budget market (koopjesmarkt). It combines traditional livestock shows with children's programming and community activities.
