Programme

Han-Vol et Vous is the Montgolfiades internationales (International Hot-Air Balloon Festival) of Han-sur-Lesse, running 14–17 May 2026 and organised by Domaine des Grottes de Han and ASBL Magic Air Events. The festival enchants thousands with dozens of hot-air balloon flights over the majestic Famenne landscape, with coloured balloons flying over the Lesse valley. Now established as an essential annual event in Belgium after its revival.

Blind Test (8–11 pm) artisan market, Kids Village & ground activities no sunrise flights

Friday 15 May

Sunrise & sunset flights Moonlight Show (10 pm) with fire-jugglers, lasers & fireworks market & kids activities

Saturday 16 May

Sunrise & sunset flights Trail des Grottes (3,000 participants, full) market & kids activities until 4:30 pm

Sunday 17 May

Sunrise & sunset flights vintage car exhibition (10 am–4 pm) market & kids activities

  • Forty hot-air balloons with seven scheduled flights at sunrise (7–8 am) and sunset (7–8 pm) except Thursday
  • Visitors observe preparations, balloon inflation and takeoffs from the visitor reception plain
  • Artisan market with ~80 exhibitors (10 am–6 pm) and Kids Village with inflatable castles (1–8 pm)
