Gent Smaakt is a free culinary festival in Ghent's historic city centre during the Ascension weekend. The festival demonstrates Ghent as a city of taste, where architectural, local and culinary heritage comes together, with five days of immersion in the Ghent culinary experience across various squares in the heart of the city. The five-day culinary event features about 20 local restaurateurs and caterers that serve up their very best specialties.
