Programme

Every 2 years the Grand-Place of Brussels is covered with a flower carpet of begonias. The carpet of 70 m x 24 m is composed by about 120 volunteers, with nearly 1 million flowers in less than 4 hours. This year's event is dedicated to fostering dialogue between Belgium and Japan, to mark the 160th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
