Programme
The 9th edition of the Cheese Festival at Bouillon Castle (Fête du Fromage) takes place 25–27 September 2026, featuring the Oeillet du Château—a medieval-recipe sheep's cheese made by Bergerie d'Acremont and aged in the castle's cellars. The festival is traditionally an opportunity to watch the cheese being made and taste it with local beer. Attendees can enjoy guided tastings, demonstrations, and gourmet evening tours of the fortified castle.

Fri 25 & Sat 26 Sept (evenings)
- Medieval-dressed guided evening tours of the castle with tastings of Bergerie d'Acremont products (French and Dutch only)
- Daytime visits to the aging cellar during castle hours (10:00–18:30) with cheesemaking demonstrations and direct purchase opportunity
- Four tasting stops including Oeillet du Château & cellar tour, cheese fondue with aperitif, farmhouse burger, and sheep's milk ice cream
