The Eupen Musik Marathon 2026 is organized by Chudoscnik Sunergia and features more than 40 acts and DJs across two days transforming Eupen's inner city into a large open-air venue with seven stages and free admission. The event opens the festival season in the Euregio Maas-Rhein region. The festival emphasizes stylistic diversity with rock, pop, electro, hip-hop, jazz, world music and classical music alongside local emerging talent and international acts.

- The return of German indie-rock band Heisskalt, returning to Eupen for the first time in ten years
- British blues-rockers The Cinelli Brothers, Belgian rap and neo-soul artist Blu Samu, and internationally acclaimed Sirens of Lesbos
- Performers including João Selva, Adja, Black Leather Jacket, Nø Steam, plus local acts like The Stagedicks, Uncle Mike's Big Band, The Shettys and Musikakademie der DG
- Street food, full terraces and special atmosphere of the Eupen upper town
- Jazz and world music in the intimate Gospert 42 courtyard, with Yonder Boys bringing bluegrass and Americana
