Connexions Urbaines is a free, itinerant festival returning 30 May to 12 September 2026 across 8 districts and parks in Liège, blending music, museum art, literature and urban cultures to mark the 10th anniversary of La Boverie museum. The festival transforms parks, squares and public spaces into venues for creation and encounters, making culture dialogue with urban art and neighbourhood life in a festive, welcoming atmosphere.
30–31 May
Launch weekend at La Boverie park: soul, groove-pop, jazz, indie rock, funk, DJ sets, roller disco
June–July (rotating weekends)
Literary day at Xhovémont park; hip-hop event at Cointe park (breakdance, graffiti jams, concerts); events in Droixhe, Saint-Léonard, Chênée
22 August
Large associative and musical day: village associatif Esplanade St-Léonard, concerts place St-Barthélemy
12 September
Closing evening at La Boverie park with Aprile (intimate, authentic concerts)

- Hip-hop gathering at Cointe park with breakdance, graffiti jams and cyphers
- Artistic signage route from Liège-Guillemins station to La Boverie park by Spray Can Arts collective

- Programming includes music, dance, song, circus and visual arts beyond the centre into peripheral neighbourhoods
