Carnaval Ninove 2026 runs from 21–24 February with the theme "Z'es va Sesteg" . The Roze Zondagstrein (Sunday parade) features elaborate floats and a prize announcement in the evening, followed by the Monday evening parade and traditional "wortelworp" (root throw), with a party night to follow . Tuesday concludes with the traditional wortelverbranding (root burning) . The event blends street parades, carnival groups, music, street festivities, a carnival fair, and family participation across four days.
