The BD Comic Strip Festival celebrates Belgium's rich comic strip heritage with exhibitions, author signings, workshops, and activities. Held annually since 2010 at the renovated Gare Maritime in Tour & Taxis, the festival attracts over 100,000 visitors and 250+ authors. However, the 2026 edition has been cancelled due to significant funding cuts imposed on Visit.brussels by the Brussels region.
